مدى الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية وجودتها في البنوك التقليدية والإسلامية دراسة تطبيقية في فروع البنوك العاملة في محافظة شبوة

الملخص

• الملخص (باللغة العربية): استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على جودة الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية بأبعادها المعتمدة على البيانات الشخصية والأجهزة والمكونات المادية ومدى تطبيق الخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية في فروع البنوك التقليدية والإسلامية العاملة في محافظة شبوة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة بلغت (46) موظفاً، وتم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج (SPSS). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإنترنت يعد العائق الرئيس أمام البنوك في تطوير الخدمات الإلكترونية بنسبة 100%، كما يوجد تفاوت في مجال تطبيق الخدمات من فرع لآخر، وكانت نتيجة الأجهزة المادية جيدة من حيث توافرها والخبرة في التعامل معها.

• الملخص (باللغة الإنجليزية): This study aimed to identify the quality of E-banking services in its dimensions based on personal data, devices and substantial components, in addition to the extent of the application of E-banking services in the branches of conventional and Islamic banks operating in Shabwah governorate. To address the problem and hypotheses of the research, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study population consisted of employees of conventional and Islamic banks operating in Shabwah governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire comprising (14) items was used with the aim of collecting data in addition to personal data, covering (46) samples. After collecting the data, it was analyzed using the (SPSS) program, testing the hypotheses related to the study. The study achieved a set of results, the most important of which is that the internet is the main obstacle for banks in developing their electronic banking services by 100%. Also, variation in the field of application of electronic banking services from one branch to another exists. As for the substantial devices, the result was good in terms of their availability, working with them, following up on new developments, and the experience of those working on them.
