الملخص

• الملخص (عربي): تستهدف هذه الدراسة إبراز التزام أئمة النقد وعلماء الحديث بتطبيق مبدأ العدل في الحكم على الرجال، وقبول مروياتهم أو ردها من خلال منهجية التتبع والاستقراء ثم التحليل، وإبراز الصورة الحقيقية التي سار عليها أئمتنا في تطبيق مبدأ العدالة، وذلك بعد التعريج على مكانة العدالة في الإسلام، وكيف استثنى العلماء عملية نقد الرواة من الغيبة المحرمة بضوابط محددة. وقد خلص الباحث إلى أن العدل والإنصاف كان مصاحباً لعمليتي الجرح والتعديل، وأن منهجية أئمة الحديث خالية من المجاملات والعواطف.

• الملخص (English): This study aimed to highlight and demonstrate the commitment of Imams of Hadith criticism and Hadith scholars to apply the principle of justice in judging men and accepting or rejecting their narrations, through the methodology of tracking and extrapolation, and the analytical approach. It highlights the true image that our Imams followed in applying the principle of justice in the science of the criticism of men. The study addresses the status of justice in Islam and how scientists excluded the criticism of narrators from prohibited backbiting with clear and specific controls. The researcher concluded that justice and fairness accompanied the processes of criticism and amendment, and that there is no place for compliments and emotions in the methodology of Hadith scholars.
