أسباب عزوف طلبة جامعة حضرموت عن الالتحاق بكلية التربية من وجهة نظرهم

• الملخص (عربي): استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على أسباب عزوف طلبة جامعة حضرموت عن الالتحاق بالتخصصات العلمية وفقاً لأداة أعدها الباحثون. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام استبانة تكونت من (29) فقرة موزعة على (5) مجالات (طبيعة المواد العلمية، قلة التوعية المدرسية، أسباب اجتماعية وأسرية، أسباب تتعلق بالطلبة، وأسباب تتعلق بمجال العمل). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) طالب وطالبة من جامعة حضرموت تم اختيارهم عشوائياً. أظهرت النتائج أن "الأسباب الاجتماعية والأسرية" جاءت في المرتبة الأولى، تلتها "أسباب تتعلق بالطلبة وميولهم"، ثم "أسباب تتعلق بمجال العمل"، ثم "أسباب تتعلق بقلة التوعية المدرسية"، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة "أسباب تتعلق بطبيعة المواد الدراسية". كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) في متوسطات أسباب العزوف وفقاً لمتغيرات الجنس والتخصص.

• ABSTRACT (English): This study has aimed basically to identify the reasons of why Hadhramout university students are not willing to join the scientific specialties as per the tool which was prepared by the researchers for the purpose of this study. This is a descriptive study where the researchers prepared a questionnaire consisted of 29 paragraphs that are distributed on five fields as follows: reasons that are related to the nature of the scientific subjects, reasons related to the weakness of school awareness towards the scientific specialties, family and social reasons, reasons related to the students themselves, and reasons related to the scope of work and the completion of postgraduate studies after graduation. The study sample consisted of (100) students from Hadhramout University, they were selected randomly. The study results revealed that the students responded to the third reason (family & social reasons) in the first rank, followed by the fourth reasons (reasons related to the students themselves based on their own desires), then the fifth reason (reasons related to the scope of work), while the second reason (reasons due to weak school awareness) came in the fourth rank, and the first reason (reasons related to the nature of the school subjects) came in the last rank. The study revealed that there are no differences of statistical significance at the significance level (0.05) in terms of the average reasons of the unwillingness of Hadhramout University students (male & female) according to the variables (Gender & Specialty)
