• الملخص (عربي): يستهدف هذا البحث تأصيل الاستدلال بالاستقراء وبيان أثره في إثبات مقاصد الشريعة عند الأصوليين، حيث اعتمدوه في تأسيس القواعد والمسائل الأصولية، ويُعد الاستقراء لبنة في الفكر المقاصدي ودليلاً لإثبات المقاصد. توصل البحث إلى أن الاستقراء بنوعيه (التام والناقص) حجة في الفكر الأصولي، وأن الشريعة جاءت لتحقيق مصالح العباد، وله أثر بالغ في تقعيد وتفريع المقاصد الشرعية، كما يسهم استقراء نصوص الشريعة في تجديد الاجتهاد المقاصدي وتوفير حلول للنوازل المستجدة.

• الملخص (إنجليزي): This research aims to establish the inferential evidence of induction (Al-Istiqra') and clarify its role and contribution in proving the Maqasid (purposes) of Sharia among scholars of Usul (Islamic jurisprudence). Scholars have relied on it to establish foundational rules and issues. Induction is considered a building block of Maqasidi thought and evidence for proving the purposes of Sharia, as they employed it in reasoning, establishing rules, and prioritizing Maqasid, thus creating a unique Maqasidi aptitude. The research reached several findings, the most important of which are: induction (both complete and incomplete) is an argument in Usul thought and a means of proving Sharia purposes; the Islamic Sharia came to achieve the interests of people in this life and the hereafter; induction has a significant impact on proving Sharia purposes; and inducing the texts of Sharia (Quran and Sunnah) contributes to renewing Maqasidi Ijtihad, deriving rulings, and providing solutions to emerging issues.
