الملخص باللغة العربية (Abstract):

يستهدف البحث التعرف إلى دور تمكين القيادات الأكاديمية لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الجامعات اليمنية (جامعة عدن أنموذجا)، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الوثائقي الذي يقوم بدراسة ظاهرة ما، وتضمن البحث خطوات متعددة اشتملت على الإطار النظري والمفاهيمي للتمكين، والأسس النظرية للميزة التنافسية في الجامعات ومؤشرات قياسه ومدى توافر مؤشراتها بجامعة عدن وتوصلت نتائج البحث: إلى ضعف الميزة التنافسية لجامعة عدن على المستوى المحلي والعالمي، وتراجع ترتيبها في التصنيفات العالمية للجامعات.

الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية (Abstract):

The current research aims to identify the role of empowering academic leaders to achieve competitive advantage in Yemeni universities "University of Aden as a model". The two researchers used the descriptive Documentary survey approach, which studies its phenomenon, and the research included several steps that included the theoretical and conceptual framework for empowerment, the theoretical foundations of competitive advantage in universities, indicators of measurement, and the availability of indicators at the University of Aden. The results of the research found: the weakness of the competitive advantage of the University of Aden at the local and global levels, and the decline in its ranking in the international rankings of universities.
