أثر ريادة الأعمال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة: دراسة ميدانية على مصنع المكلا لتعليب الأسماك في محافظة حضرموت - اليمن.

الملخص

الملخص (باللغة العربية): استهدفت الدراسة قياس مستوى توافر ريادة الأعمال بأبعادها (التفكير الريادي، الإبداع والابتكار، المخاطرة، المبادرة، والثقافة الريادية)، وقياس مستوى توافر التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها (الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، والبيئية) في مصنع المكلا لتعليب الأسماك، وقياس أثر ريادة الأعمال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة قصدية بلغت (65) مديرًا ورئيس قسم. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع في توافر ريادة الأعمال ومستوى مرتفع في التنمية المستدامة، كما أثبتت وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية معنوية لريادة الأعمال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المصنع.

  الملخص (باللغة الإنجليزية): "The study aimed to measure the level of entrepreneurship, in its dimensions: entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and innovation, risk-taking, initiative, and entrepreneurial culture, and to measure the level of sustainable development, in its dimensions: economic development, social development, and environmental development at the Al-Mukalla Canning Factory in Hadhramaut Governorate, Yemen. Then, it measured the impact of entrepreneurship on achieving sustainable development at the factory. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method, and a purposive sample of (65) managers and department heads was selected. The questionnaire was used to collect information and data. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the level of entrepreneurship availability in the factory was high, and its highest dimension was entrepreneurial thinking, while creativity and innovation were the lowest. The study also showed that the level of sustainable development availability in the factory was high, and its highest dimension was economic development, while social development was the lowest. The study proved that there is a statistically significant impact of entrepreneurship in achieving sustainable development at the Al-Mukalla Canning Factory.".
