الملخص:      

  وبعد تغلغل التعصب في واقع وتاريخ الأمة الإسلامية كثيرًا، وأمثلته لا تكاد تتناهى، ففي كل زمن تبرز ألوان من التعصب؛ كالتعصب للآباء والقول بمرجعيتهم، , كالقول بعصمة الإمام، وكثير من ألوان التعصب التي ظهـرت كالتعصب للرأي والمذهب. لقد دعا الإسلام إلى المساواة، ولمِّ الصف، والتعارف، ونبذ الفرقة، وحث المؤمنين على الأخوة،  وصفاء النفس ونقائها، والإصلاح بينهم.                                                                        

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان العصبية من ناحية مفهومها، وأنواعها، وأسبابها، والآثار المترتبة عليها؛ كما بينت الدراسة موقف الإسلام من العصبية من خلال ذكر لمحه تاريخية عن نشوء العصبية، وعن المبادئ العقدية في مواجهة العصبية، والتعرف على رأي العقيدة الإسلامية في مواجهة العصبية، فقد توصل الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج، أهمها أن العصبية تغلب عليها الظلم، والقهر، وعدم العدل ، كما تدل على العنصرية والكراهية،  ويعـد منشأ العصبية من الأسرة،  والبيئة المحيطة بالفرد، إلى غير ذلك من النتائج المدونة في الخاتمة.

Fanaticism has been largely permeated in the reality and history of the Islamic nation, and its examples are almost infinite. In every era, forms of fanaticism emerge, such as fanaticism for forefathers and the claim of their authority, as well as the claim of the trustworthiness of the Imam. Many other forms of fanaticism have emerged, such as fanaticism for opinions and doctrines. Islam calls for equality, unity, mutual understanding, and the rejection of division. It also urges believers to embrace brotherhood, purity of soul, and reconciliation among themselves .This study aimed at clarifying fanaticism in terms of its concept, types, causes, and consequences. It also manifested Islam’s attitude towards fanaticism by providing a historical overview of its emergence, the doctrinal principles in confronting fanaticism, and identifying the Islamic faith’s attitude towards by injustice, oppression, and unfairness. It also indicates racism and hatred. Further, it concludes that fanaticism originates from the family and the confronting fanaticism. Through this study, the researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that fanaticism is dominated  environment surrounding the individual, along with other findings documented in the conclusion.
